Some may have noticed that the workout schedule calls for a move to Mundy Park for the Tuesday workout. There are a couple of reasons for this change. Although, the track is the best place to develop speed endurance, you can get too much of a good thing and every runner needs some downtime, during the year, usually the months of Aug or Sept are chosen to back off or take an active rest away from the track.
We should be able to get in a month or so in the park before returning to the track we are still on the track this coming Tues
