Chase next week
Just a small appeal to chase run participants. Go to the labels on the right, open the chase run entry form and fill it out please for next Saturday's Jingle run
George, Good morning. I would like to be a runner with your group but before I do I will train a little longer on my own to become more fit. I sent you my current projected 5k time for a Chase. I will probably do one in January Thanks Bob Clibbon
