Stealing ideas from Peter Coe and Clyde Hart and incorporating a few of my own.
I`m trying to put together a training plan which will allow for stimulation of all physiological mechanisms, progression, adequate rest (usually not given enough consideration)
Please look at this and input if you have any ideas
Did you know?
Each body part you work needs at least 24-48 hours of adequate rest and sometimes up to 5-7 days.
