It is a very short article to be “great”, and to my best knowledge doesn’t deliver its purpose to readers.
I completely agree that sport’s drinks and bars act as a supplement only. The main energy source comes from the day by day diet. On the other hand, when there are so many refined and processed foods around and even “organic” can be under question, engineered foods can add missing nutrients and minerals.
