A brief Outline concerning what it takes to be a World level athlete( 800)
This will not be in detail, that we can work out later on
These are some or the requirements
A months of x country running 10 -15 miles at a time good pace
B Track running 200s 300s 400s eg 20-30 x 200 (fast pace short rest 30-45 secs)
Eg 15 x300 (sets of 3 with short rest) Coe would run these in 36 secs
C..8x800 90 sec rest
D Circuit training lots of it
We can do this in detail later but we have to think big
Lets think BIG TIME
