Yesterday Nancy showed that she is coming back nicely from the leg injury. Running to 3rd
place overall in the Seawall race. She recorded a 36:23 for 9.5 K
A couple of weeks ago Emma Morgan ran a 1;43 half at the Rubber Ducky
Chis Tompkinson turned in a 1:19 and rapidly improving Peggy Brown a 1:42 in another half.

How does one go about joining the club? Would it be okay for a new, out of shape runner to join? I can do a 5k is 33 minutes currently (alteast when my IT band isn't acting up like it is now)
I can't find any info on the blog about joining.

We train at 8:30 AM in Mundy Park on Saturday-parking lot on West side near Lacrosse box.
Tuesdays at 6:30 at the Town center track
Just show up see if you like the workouts.
